1.4 Are there shipping fees for online orders?
Shipping is free for all orders over 75$ (before taxes). For all orders under 75$ (before taxes), a fixed shipping cost of 10$ everywhere in Canada will be added to your order. Contact us at [email protected] for international orders.

2.1 What happens to my loyalty points when I return an item?
Points accumulated from the purchase of an item are deducted if the item is returned. Reward points used to purchase an item are returned if the item is returned.
2.2 Do loyalty program rewards have an expiration date?
Point rewards are always valid with no expiration date. One-time subscription or anniversary rewards have a time limit and must be used as directed. The subscription reward, 25% off the most expensive item in your order, is valid within 24 hours of subscription. Rewards are not retroactive.
2.3 Can an item purchased with a Loyalty or Launch discount be returned?
No. The item on which a subscription discount has been applied is a final sale and cannot be returned.
