Shipping and Exchanges
All payments made through our website are highly secured. The lenfantillon.com website is hosted on a server with SSL security, which means, that all the data you transmit to us online is encrypted and completely protected. Even if you pay by credit card, you will need to provide your card number with every purchase. For added security, no confidential data will be kept on our server.
Online purchases can be paid by Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept debit and bank transfers.
We are committed to respecting the privacy of the personal information we receive. We assure you that your personal information will not, at any time, be sold or shared in any way possible.
You can pick up your purchases at the boutique during opening hours. We are located at 3228 Boulevard St. Martin O, Laval, QC, H7T 1A1 (Allow 48 hours after your online purchase).
For the province of Quebec, we promise to deliver your purchase, within the next 5 business days, following the day of purchase.
With any purchase of $75 or more before taxes, enjoy free shipping anywhere in Canada.
For all Canadian residents, all purchases made under $75 (before taxes); a fixed shipping fee of $ 11.99 will be added to your order.
Because Canada Post delivers anywhere in Canada, simply choose the address that is best for shipping your items: home, office, family members, etc! As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
Keep in mind, that PO Boxes are not accepted for delivery.

For online and in-store purchases, it is possible to exchange one or more items if:
- The return is made within 30 days of purchase with the receipt
- The labels have not been removed from on the clothes
- The clothes are in the same condition as they were when purchased (neither worn nor washed)
- Exchange or credit only for regular price or discounted items.
- Final sale on all purchases made with a promo code that adds an additional discount.
All items sold with an online promotional code or in-store promotion of 10% off or more are final sales, and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively; if the date of a purchase is prior to the promotion start date, no exchange or refund will be applicable.
Please note that all shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility including the cost of returning the items. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transportation when an item is returned to us.
Please note that no returns or exchanges are possible on the following items:
No refunds will be accepted, we will give you a store credit equal to your exchange. The credit can be applied for online purchases or future store purchases with no time limit.
Only items with defects can be refunded.
